Our journey began in 2023 under the name Zafara Studios, with early works in script and handwritten styles. Over time, our focus evolved, and we have since grown into a foundry specializing in versatile and contemporary typefaces.

Today, Zafaratype stands as our main foundry, while Zafara Studios continues to serve as its publisher. Based in Blitar City, Indonesia, we design fonts for designers, typographers, and font enthusiasts worldwide, with a mission to create typefaces that are not only functional but also possess a strong, lasting appeal.
